2-曾在魚竿行業(yè)的包裝車間工作過
2- previous experience on packing workshop in fishing rod industry
3-確保**終產(chǎn)品按照技術(shù)表上的所有說明進行良好包裝：標簽、附件、裝箱以及客戶的要求
3-make sure the final products are very well packed following all instruction written on technical sheets: labelling, accessories, boxing cath the requests from customer
4-確保生產(chǎn)活動的開展，重點是根據(jù)形式發(fā)票滿足交付計劃，尊重每日生產(chǎn)計劃，尊重每一步的時間安排工作，按照生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理的指示提高每個工人的生產(chǎn)率
4、assure the production activity is carry out with the focus on meet delivery plans according to the Proforma Invoice and respect the daily production plane and respect the timing job for each step increasing the productivity for each worker following the instructions from production manager
5-控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低返工率；會得到QC團隊和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理的支持
5- Control product quality and reduce rework rate; every day the supervisor we'll be supported by QC team and production manager
6-跟蹤所有轉(zhuǎn)移到本車間的物料
6- follow and track all sections moved in department
7-向出口辦公室提供所有規(guī)格，以便安排裝運
7- give all specifications to Export office for to arrange the shipments
8-安排工人裝卸貨物
8- arrange the workers for to load and unload the goods
9-確保所有工人遵守內(nèi)部規(guī)定和工作程序
9- make sure that all workers complies with internal regulations and work procedures
10-處理生產(chǎn)中的問題或異常情況，包括生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、設備故障、操作人員流動等。
10- Deal with the problems in production or abnormal situation include production、quality、equipment breakdown、operators turnover ,etc.
11控制各部門所有員工的工作時間和出勤率，安排部門實現(xiàn)公司制定的目標
11-Control working time and attendance of all employees on all department, arrange the department to cath the TARGET established by the Company
12-進行未遂事故管理，確保所有員工在安全環(huán)境中工作，所有材料和設備處于正常狀態(tài)。 12- Do near-miss management to ensure that all employee work in a safe environment and all material and equipments are in normal situation.
